Niki Chow began her career as a singer before transitioning to acting several years into her career. Niki Chow is a Hong Kong actress and Cantopop singer. In January 2011, she parted ways with management company BMA Records after 14 years, signing an artist contract with TVB as her artist contract lapsed. Chow is Kathy Chow Man Kei’s younger sister; she began acting when she was 17 years old. Though fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese languages, netizens have noted her pronunciation may not be perfect due to growing up speaking Shanghainese within her family home environment.
