The VICTOR READER STREAM is an advanced MP3 and DAISY reader designed for students, professionals, or any person with extensive reading needs. You can copy books, music, podcasts and text documents onto an SD card by connecting it via short USB cable provided.

HumanWare recommends the use of any commercial charger with an amperage rating of at least one amp.

Help Key

The Info key provides information about a selected book, stream and battery status. Pressing it multiple times allows the user to quickly move between different elements of information.

HumanWare Companion is a Windows application used in tandem with Victor Reader Stream or Victor Reader Stratus to manage books, music, podcasts, voice notes and text documents. You can store these items either on an SD card connected to either device, or load them up onto one of PC’s USB card readers for storage.

Victor Reader Stream was designed with students, professionals and any individual with specific reading needs in mind. It features MP3 audio books as well as DAISY and NISO formats for optimal use.

Document Reader Key

Document readers are spoken book readers that enable access to MP3, DAISY and text content via computer. The VICTOR READER STREAM was specifically created for students, professionals and anyone else with extensive reading requirements.

Create library (shelf) folders ($VR) on SD or USB cards to store books or files, which the Stream recognizes by name and announces when pressing its Information key. Move forward or backward in each library using its Move left or Move right keys respectively.

Automatic Disconnection Timer The Automatic Disconnection Timer activates Stream at an established interval, set in its Advanced Options (Options Advanced) Menu. You can set this feature between 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes or use its Personalizar Feature which activates it upon a desired date and time.
