Sorting tiny electronics parts requires hard work, and requires a magnifying lens, decent stainless-steel tweezers (all can be found for $5 at All Electronics), a flat-screen television or computer monitor, fluorescent lighting to illuminate the work area and shield updraft solder fumes, as well as an articulated magnifier/light head that provides approximately 8″ working distance for inspection.
