Dr. Laura S. Miller

1545 Round Rock Ave Suite #100A Round Rock, Texas 78681

I absolutely love being an optometrist and getting to know my patients personally! says Laura S. Miller, O.D. Working as a low vision specialist is extremely satisfying. I enjoy assisting children and adults in improving their visual functioning with low vision aids so that they can function better in their daily lives. I also enjoy the challenges of fitting difficult contact lenses, assisting with the treatment of my patients’ eye diseases, and watching a child see clearly for the first time through their first pair of glasses. I’ve been extremely fortunate to have a wonderful family, staff, and patients! I’d be delighted to welcome you as a new patient to the practice.”

Dr. John Stuart Jr.

12820 Hillcrest Road, Suite 100 Dallas, Texas 75230

The greatest joy I have experienced in my career as an optometrist has been helping low vision patients retain or regain their visual independence. This is the reason why all I do now is provide hope to low vision patients at the Stuart Low Vision Center.

I grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry. I spent 19 years in private practice in Williams Lake, BC, Canada and 16 years at the Surrey Eye Care Centre, a large ophthalmology clinic near Vancouver, BC, Canada. While there, I established the Surrey Low Vision Centre and practiced low vision rehabilitation for 13 years. I then returned to my Texas roots and opened the Stuart Low Vision Center in Dallas, Texas.

Outside of optometry, I am passionate about and involved in all aspects of theater and music.
