With more than 26 years practicing low vision care in Tennessee, Dr. John Pino utilizes his position as clinical director at one of Tennessee’s largest optical treatment facilities to provide his patients with the most up to date advancements in vision care.

He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Low Vision Specialists, an elite group of low vision care specialists worldwide, as well as a member of the American Optometric Association and the Tennessee Optometric Association.

A professional Health Coach with a Ph.D. in nutrition, Dr. Pino has a high regard for the healing power of nutrition. After surviving a battle with cancer, his personal goals revolve around helping people lead a higher quality of life and enjoying it to the fullest. His position as a low vision specialist allows him to offer solutions to the visually impaired.

Dr. Pino enjoys doing research and offering lectures to inform others on the benefits of good nutrition. He is a life long resident of Tennessee and lives in Lebanon, Tennessee with his wife of 30 years.
