Low Vision Specialist NEW YORK

Dr. Andrea Zimmerman, a Low Vision Specialist with Lighthouse Guild, graduated from New York University with a BA in Biology and Phi Beta Kappa honors. She graduated from SUNY College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree and went on to Lighthouse Guild for additional training in Low Vision treatment. Dr. Zimmerman is an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor at SUNY College of Optometry and a fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Zimmerman’s work in low vision optometry has also been published in professional publications.
