Dr. Errol Rummel, Low Vision of New Jersey, serves New Jersey and the Philadelphia, PA area. Dr. Rummel’s expertise is in care of patients with difficult vision problems which are not helped by medicine, surgeries, or regular eye glasses.

He is one of the few eye doctors who is certified as a Fellow of the International Academy of Low Vision Specialists (FIALVS).

Some of his protocols for examining people with poor vision and his design of advanced optical technology are used by low vision specialists throughout the USA and Canada.

Dr. Rummel is an optometric physician with experience in a variety of special eye care fields of knowledge.
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO) which is awarded to optometric physicians who are respected, ethical, and knowledgeable.

Dr. Rummel is also a Fellow Emeritus of the College of Optometrists in Vision Development (FCOVD). This certification is in Vision Development and Vision Therapy.

He is also a Fellow Emeritus of the Neuro-Optometric Rehabilitation Association (FNORA). This certification is related to the care of people with visual issues due to neurological issues like head injury, stroke, brain tumor, and multiple sclerosis.
