This collection of contrast-enhancing filters was created especially for patients with poor eyesight. Five lens tints, including gray, yellow, amber, orange, and plum (new! ), are offered by SolarShield®filters. Consumers may only get these comprehensive protection filters from eyecare and rehabilitation specialists. There are three frame sizes available for Solar Shield® contrast-enhancing filters: Small, Medium (Oval), and Large. The medium and large sizes will easily fit over a patient’s conventional eyeglasses, while the tiny frame will accommodate patients who have smaller eyewear or who do not use any eyewear at all. Rx frames that are not larger than 5 3/8″w x 2 3/8″h (138mm x 59mm) may be worn over medium (oval) frames. B = 46mm; A = 59mm. True color representation is provided by the gray polarized lens, which is perfect for outdoor usage since the polarization reduces reflecting glare. It completely blocks UVA/UVB rays and all visible light up to 400 nm.
