Low Vision Aids extends to customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date the
customer receives their order.

If an opened returned product shows signs of damage or abuse affecting secondary
sales, 25% of restocking feel will be charged. The cost to repair the product will also
be assessed and could be higher than 25% in some cases. Unopened product – i.e.
still in factory seal and clearly unused – may be exempt from this restocking fee.

A 2 year warranty is offered on all products and a 1 year warranty on accessories such as power cords and batteries etc.
