Foster Grant Multi Focus Advanced Reading Glasses include polycarbonate lenses for the highest level of clarity, three different lens strengths, a 5-layer anti-reflective (AR) coating to reduce glare, and UV380 protection with improved pupillary distance.
The Wes has black temples with a satin gun metal front that are made with core wire and strong metal spring hinges. There are six settings for magnification: +1.0, +1.5, +1.75, +2.00, +2.50, and +2.75. These selections cover a broad range of magnification.
The bottom of the lens (for reading) has the most power, while the top of the lens has a magnification level that is half that of the bottom. The center of the lens has a degree of magnification in between. For instance, if the magnification is given as +2.50D, the lens's bottom third is also +2.50D, its top third is +1.25D, and its center third is around +1.88D. Remember that items are designated by the lens's greatest power.
Lens Composition: Stable Polycarbonate Coating: 5-layer anti-reflective coating that is scratch-proof and anti-reflective to prevent glare.
